PITTSBURGH - Aug. 23, 2005 - Ansoft Corporation (NASDAQ: ANST) today released Q3D Extractor?v7, the company's 3D quasi-static electromagnetic parasitic extraction tool. Q3D Extractor computes 3D RLC/2D RLCG parameters from interconnect structures and automatically generates an equivalent SPICE circuit.
